Essential Employee or Executive
Employees of Treaty Investor Visas with the same nationality as the E-2 investor who are Executives or those with special qualifications may qualify for E-2 Employee Visas. Foreign workers who possess executive and supervisory skills and experience and those with special qualifications or skills which make the employee’s services essential to the efficient operation of the business may be eligible.
